Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of promptingtab (the “Service”), a gallery of AI-generated images and the prompts behind them. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

promptingtab lets you browse AI-generated images and view, copy, and take inspiration from the prompts used to create them. Content is provided for reference and inspiration. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Accounts and sign-in

Some actions use “Sign in with Google”. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Upload and administrative features are limited to approved administrators; attempting to gain access you are not authorized to have is prohibited.

Content and intellectual property

• Images and prompts are posted by the operator and its approved administrators. Prompts are shared as reference and may not reproduce the same result in any given AI tool.
• You may view prompts and use them for your own creations. Do not claim ownership of content you did not create, and do not present the Service’s content as your own official or endorsed material.
• The promptingtab name, logo, and interface are the property of the operator and may not be used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or rate limits;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content in a way that burdens the Service;
• Upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful (administrators);
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

AI-generated content

Images on the Service are generated by AI tools. They are provided “as is” for inspiration and reference. We make no guarantee that entering a listed prompt into any AI tool will produce the same or a similar image, and outputs may vary between tools and over time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts located in India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms.
